did we learn from the recent survey? Thank
you to all members and friends who completed the survey. Because of your work
we have been able to compile some informative, interesting and high quality
results. 78 surveys were completed either on line or by hand. 78 responses (out
of a church membership of ~330 people) provide statistically excellent
information. One immediate way that your work of completing the survey is
helping is that we already have some guidance in our questions for interviewing
even the candidates for the initial Interim Minister position that are
currently being considered.
Based on the extraordinary
efforts of committee member Marc Deshaies, we are pleased to be able to share
this detailed and yet highly readable summary of the survey results. If you
have any further input to share with the Interim Minister Search and Transition
Committee, please email David Spanagel or speak with any other members of the
search committee you may encounter at church (Jane Beckwith, Rudy Cepko, Marc
